Private Sessions:

I offer private lessons online to individuals of all levels and abilities. I specialize in Pilates, but I also offer training in several other formats including yoga and personal training. Individual lessons are an excellent option for those looking for customized instruction with the convenience of online training. Whether you are looking to grow and polish your practice, dealing with back pain, or recovering from an injury, I have the experience to help you with your needs. I can modify the exercises according to your situation for a safe and effective workout with great results.

FAQs

What will I need for our sessions?

All you need is a mat, some water, and a device to log into our session. If you have props we can utilize those, but it is not necessary.

Do I need Pilates equipment?

I have a reformer at my home to train with if you have one. If you have props, we can add those into your workout, other than that you just need a mat and a space to workout.

Who usually signs up for private sessions?

My clients have many different needs when they come to see me. Some want a regular weekly workout, and some are looking coming off an injury or surgery.

Are private trainings for me if I am recovering from an injury?

Absolutely, many of my clients are recovering from an injury and want help transitioning to full recovery. You can contact me with questions and we’ll discuss if I am the right fit for you.

HOw many sessions will i need?

It depends on what your goals are. Some clients I have seen weekly for years and they want to continue to train with me as a regular workout. Some people may want just a few sessions and others will want to work on a specific goal for a few months.

Can i bring a friend to the workout?

You can train with someone else in your household if you want, usually that is just for a general workout. If you have any injuries or issues it is best to do a few private sessions first.
